Castle Rock Home Show Guide: March 5–7, 2027
The Castle Rock Home Show returns to the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Castle Rock, March 5–7, 2027. Local and regional home improvement companies set up under one roof, and admission is free. Here’s how to get the most out of your visit.
Show hours and location
- Friday, March 5: 12 pm – 6 pm
- Saturday, March 6: 10 am – 5 pm
- Sunday, March 7: 11 am – 4 pm
Douglas County Fairgrounds, 500 Fairgrounds Rd, Castle Rock, CO 80104. It’s an easy drive from Castle Pines, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Larkspur, Franktown and Monument.
1. Make a short project list
Write down the two or three projects you’re most serious about this year: a new roof before hail season, windows, siding, a furnace or air conditioner, a bathroom or kitchen remodel, or a deck or patio for summer.
2. Bring photos, measurements and a recent energy bill
Photos of the space and rough measurements help exhibitors give you real ideas and pricing on the spot. A recent energy bill is handy when you talk about windows, insulation, HVAC or solar.
3. Compare at least three quotes
The biggest advantage of a home show is that competing companies are steps apart. Talk to several pros about the same project, ask about licensing, insurance, warranties and timelines, and compare.
4. Ask about show-only specials
Many exhibitors offer discounts and financing deals that only apply to appointments booked at the show. March is a great time to book spring and summer projects before contractors’ schedules fill up.
5. Come Friday or Sunday for shorter lines
Saturday is usually the busiest day. If you want longer conversations with exhibitors, Friday afternoon and Sunday are quieter.
